This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on Cuadrilla, what we use it for, and who we share it with.
1. What information we collect
We collect: (a) account data (email, encrypted password); (b) your business data (name, trade, phone, address, logo, payment instructions); (c) data you enter about your clients (name, company, phone, email, address, preferred language); (d) content you create (estimates, invoices, scheduled jobs); (e) technical usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for diagnostics and security.
2. What we use your information for
We use your information to: operate the Service (show your estimates/invoices/schedule), process your subscription, send email or WhatsApp notifications related to your activity (that you request), provide support, and improve the product. We don't sell your data to third parties.
3. Who we share information with
We share information with providers that help us run the Service, under their own privacy policies: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Paddle (processing of your subscription payment — Paddle never sees your clients' data), Resend (transactional email delivery), Twilio (WhatsApp/SMS delivery), and Anthropic (Pro-plan AI features, such as assisted translation and "quote from photo" — photos and line items you send to these features are processed to generate the response and are not used to train third-party AI models beyond what's needed to provide the service).
4. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and per-business access control at the database level (Row Level Security), so one business can never see another business's data on the platform.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, you can ask us to delete your data by emailing us; some data may be kept for as long as required by law (e.g. billing records).
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing mc.sa.construcciones@gmail.com. You can also export or delete your clients' data yourself from within the app.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferred language. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. Children
Cuadrilla is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or within the app.
